Akatsuki School Special: Tobi's Field Trip
The next day, Tobi and friends went to school; they sat down at their seats and saw a written announcement on their desks. Tobi was new, so he didn’t know what they were. He look...

Konan then blew the second whistle, signaling the time to throw. Tobi handed one of the two dodge balls to Deidara. Zetsu stayed in the back with Sasori watching in wonder if they were going to win with this new team player. Sasori sat on the ground working with his new puppet creation wondering where he should put the defense mechanisms and poisons.
Deidara crafted a clay owl and brought it to life in hopes of getting more of a better attack range. As he was about to hand the dodge ball to the clay owl, he heard Hidan taunting him from the other side. “Hey, Deidara!” Hidan taunted, “The only reason you’re handing that ball to that owl of yours is because you throw like a girl!”
Deidara was furious at Hidan. He wanted to use his jutsu to make him explode right there and now, but he knew for sure he’d be banished to the principal’s office, so he calmed down…... And threw the dodge ball at Hidan’s face!
The dodge ball slammed against Hidan so hard that it made him fall onto the gym floor. Kakuzu was stunned. Deidara had never done that before! Even Itachi and Kisame were shocked. “Oh My God! THAT F**KING HURTS!” Hidan screamed.
All eyes fell on Deidara who had anger filled in his eyes instead of kindness towards the opposing team.
Hidan sat on the sidelines, cursing that he was the first one out. Itachi became worried about Deidara’s anger and consulted his last two members of the dodge ball team. “I’ve never seen Deidara get so angry like that,” Kisame said shocked.
“I know, he is now actually a threat to us other than Tobi,” Itachi explained.
“So, what’s the plan?” Kakuzu said as he stole Kisame’s lunch money.
“Don’t worry, I’ll handle it,” Itachi said calmly.
Itachi explained the plan to both and they agreed to it. Itachi’s team had never lost a dodge ball match and they had no intention to lose now. Kakuzu grabbed the ball that hit Hidan in the face and threw it in the air. “Kisame, now!” Kakuzu signaled.
Kisame grabbed his sword and took a swing at the dodge ball as if it were a baseball and hit it over to the opposing side at Sasori. However, the plan didn’t work so well because it hit Sasori’s finished puppet, now breaking it on contact.
Sasori was quiet for a few minutes, but then his face grew red with anger and he stood up and said, “WHO THREW THAT?!”
Kisame and Itachi stared at him with blank faces and then pointed at Kakuzu and said, “He threw it.”
Sasori grabbed the dodge ball that was just thrown and threw it directly at Kakuzu. Kakuzu desperately hit the floor, groaned, and curled himself into a ball after being hit in a place boys would not like getting hit with something. Kakuzu had to be dragged out of the field by Konan and he lay next to the bloody-nosed Hidan.
“Okay, that plan didn’t work,” Itachi said, “So, you have any ideas Kisa-“
Suddenly Tobi hit Kisame in the stomach, knocking the wind out of him. “me,” Itachi finished.
Kisame steadily walked over to where his other teammates were sitting/laying and sat down clenching his stomach. “Okay, it’s just me then,” Itachi said to himself, “Both dodge balls are over here, so I just need to get the others out. I have no choice…”
Itachi released the mangekyo and used it on Tobi’s team. Deidara and Tobi snapped out of the genjutsu though. Itachi jumped up and threw both dodge balls. One hit Zetsu and the other hit Sasori. “Bulls eye!” Itachi said, “Got them, two more to go!”
Sasori and Zetsu sat on the sidelines as the only ones that were not injured and cheered for Tobi and Deidara to defeat Itachi. Deidara grabbed a dodge ball and chucked it at Itachi. Itachi was too quick though and caught it. “Sorry Tobi,” Deidara said as he sat on the sidelines.
“Itachi you may bring a player back to your team,” Konan said.
“No, I’m doing this by myself… Especially since they would be of no use to me,” Itachi said closing his eyes.
Itachi grabbed the dodge ball tightly in his hands as he and Tobi both approached the center of the gym. They stared intensely into each other’s eyes and threw the dodge ball.
Both Itachi and Tobi were hit, but the force of the dodge balls wasn’t great, so it caused no damage or injury to either one. “Game over, for the first time in Akatsuki School history, there has been a tie in dodge ball!” Konan announced.
All of Tobi’s team ran over to congratulate and thank Tobi for his work. Tobi was surrounded by his team, but he looked at Itachi with question to why he didn’t dodge or catch the ball he threw. Itachi looked away from Tobi’s stare and walked over to the gym’s entrance waiting for the remaining, non-injured classmates, to join him.
Itachi then glanced back at Tobi and his team. “For now, we have tied, but I will not lose to you new kid,” Itachi said to himself as Konan, Tobi, and the others came to the entrance to leave as well.
Looking at YouTube and found this. It’s funny, but Deidara fans like me will probably be annoyed. Sound is a little fuzzy.

School went on as usual for the past few days. Hidan, Itachi, Kakuzu, and Kisame would get in trouble and be sent to Pein’s office, Zetsu would visit the counselor twice a day, and Tobi, Sasori, and Deidara were getting As and Bs in most of their classes. “Okay, does everyone know what day it is?” Konan asked.
“Art day?” Sasori, Deidara, and Tobi chimed in.
“No, you bozos!” Hidan yelled, “It’s gym day!”
“Yes, Hidan,” Konan said in an annoyed tone for him yelling at the three, “It is gym day, but because it’s raining outside-“
“Awww!” the first graders whined.
“You didn’t let me finish!” Konan explained, “Because it’s raining outside, we’re going to play dodge ball!”
Everyone in the classroom cheered except Sasori and Deidara. Tobi suddenly stopped cheering and looked at Deidara and Sasori’s worried faces. “What’s wrong guys?” Tobi said clueless to the situation.
“Inside dodge ball is cool, but it’s not cool because it’s always Itachi’s team ganging up on us,” Sasori explained.
Tobi got the idea of the situation and then realized; it was that bad.
The small class entered the gigantic gym. The gym had Akatsuki colors all over they even had banners of the accomplishments in sports and missions they had. “All right, choose your teams everyone!” Konan said excitedly.
As usual, Kisame and Itachi recruited Hidan and Kakuzu while Deidara, Sasori, and Tobi recruited Zetsu. “Sempai,” Tobi said, “Your team will have a change of luck this time. I’m positive!”
“Itachi, they chose that new kid Tobi. I’ve never seen him play dodge ball here, so I’m worried we might not win,” Kisame cautioned.
“Relax shark-boy!” Hidan said, “Deidara’s team is full of weaklings. His team still lost last time we played, so we shouldn’t worry about a weakling like Tobi being added.”
“At any cost, if Tobi is weak or not, we should consider him a threat,” Itachi said.
“We all know the rules!” Konan said, “You may use your ninja techniques, which involves bloodline traits and genjutsu, if you are hit with a dodge ball, you’re out, you may bring your teammates back by catching a dodge ball, if a dodge ball is caught you’re out, and if you defend yourself with weapons or the dodge ball you’re out. Are these rules clear?”
“Yes!” both teams said.
“Alright!” Konan said.
She blew the whistle and both teams went to gather the dodge balls. Itachi’s team arrived first, but when they tried to snatch up the balls, they disappeared. “What?!” Itachi thought.
He looked over and saw Tobi on the other side of the dodge ball field with all the dodge balls in his arms. “This dodge ball game is getting serious!” Itachi said as he used his chakra to summon up his unique bloodline trait the sharingan, “It’s on!”
“Finally, school’s over!” Hidan shouted.
“Hidan, don’t yell! God, Itachi’s already practically blind! You want to turn him deaf too?!” Kisame shouted as Itachi sat by a bush.
Yes, school was out for the week, and the little first graders didn’t know what to do to occupy their time. Kakuzu walked over to Itachi and tried to steal his leftover lunch money, but Itachi looked right at him saying, “Despite people saying I’m blind, I’m not. Now, Kakuzu, I dare you to try and steal my money again.”
So, Kakuzu decided to back off on Itachi. “So, what are you going to do for spring break, sempai?” Tobi asked Deidara.
Tobi and Deidara walked out of the schoolhouse, getting tired of waiting for Sasori to pick up his puppets, books, and jacket. “Not much, I just figured I’d stay home and play video games, work on my new clay masterpieces, you know, the usual stuff,” Deidara said, “What are you doing Tobi?”
“Going to Disney World,” he replied.
Deidara looked at him with surprise, wondering how much money he had. Sasori soon ran out of the school, joining Tobi and Deidara on the walk home. “What are you doing for spring break Sasori?” Tobi asked before Deidara had the chance to.
“Collecting more puppets, for my collection,” Sasori responded panting from the run, yet had no change to his expression, “I’m guessing your staying home too Deidara?”
“Yes,” Deidara said looking bored out of his mind, yet he looked at Tobi, suspecting he’d mention Disney World to Sasori.
“Tobi’s going to Disney World!” Tobi soon shouted, breaking the silence.
Sasori had the same reaction Deidara had and asked Deidara, “How much money does this kid have?”
Only to be responded with a shrug of the shoulders.
After a few days of school being out, Deidara and Sasori became bored, so they met at their usual clubhouse and discussed their break. “I ran out of clay, so I can’t make anymore sculptures,” Deidara sighed.
“Yeah, I can’t find anyone worthy enough to join my puppet collection,” Sasori said sadly, yet he still seemed psychodic.
Both boys let out a big sigh. “Where’s Tobi, you hear anything from him?” Sasori asked to bring up a new conversation.
“Tobi calls me five times a day,” Deidara said annoyed, “He said he should be home today.”
“He was at Disney World for three days? And now he’s coming back?!” Sasori asked confused about Tobi’s actions of calling Deidara five times a day, and the fact Tobi said he was going to Disney World for spring break.
“Yeah, I’m confused too,” Deidara said, “But, then again, he didn’t say how long he was going to be in Disney World.”
After their discussion, Tobi suddenly appeared out of nowhere and landed on top of Sasori. “Hi sempai! I’m back!” Tobi shouted happily.
Deidara looked at Tobi with shock, and then he realized that Sasori was underneath him. “Uhh… Tobi? Did you know you’re sitting on Sasori?” Deidara said scared at what would happen.
Tobi looked down to see Sasori being crushed by his weight. “Oh,” Tobi said as he got off Sasori, “Tobi sorry Sasori-san! Tobi would never do that because Tobi is a good boy. Tobi didn’t see you!”
Sasori was KO’d, he didn’t respond, he probably got knocked out from lack of oxygen. “Is he going to be okay?” Tobi asked Deidara.
“Tobi, I suggest we start running, because, you don’t know what he’s going to do when he’s mad!” Deidara said as he got a ten foot head start.
“Wait for Tobi!” Tobi called after him as Sasori started to wake up.
Sasori’s eyes flew wide open and he sat up, noticing Deidara bring his clay eagle to life and Tobi desperately trying to hang onto it as soon as it took off. Sasori remembered Tobi crashing into him earlier and nearly suffocating him and how Deidara made no effort to help him. Sasori suddenly flew into a fit of rage shouting, “YOU BRATS! I’M GOING TO KILL YOU!”
Deidara knew Sasori was going to be pretty sore until school came back, so he suggested, “You want to go to Holiday World instead?”
