I found a tutorial for how to mix hair dye with conditioner to dilute it. The thing is, darker colors show more easily. So far my hair is blond enough that I haven't had to bleach it to dye it.

That would be awesome. It wouldn't look like cotton candy though, because the blue she has is pretty dark.

Thanks! I don't know if you can tell in this picture, but my bangs have pink streaks in them. I may do more pink when I get back to college, a friend there has some dye I can use.
