i actually do use uni ball needle tip pens!
i see what you mean, nana draws much more hair strands and eyelashes compared to witch hunter robin's clumped hair stands and thick eye lines. i suppose i should try to adopt the "quick" and "whispy" lines of nana into my art
thanks for taking the time to help me out! i have a few questions though if you don't mind!
how should i add more details to the face? what kind of lining are you looking for? by "aren't too sharp", do you mean the pens i use to ink are too thick? or are they inconsistent?
I think your art is SO CUTE!! Seriously, no constructive criticism needed. LOL, as far as me as a costumer, though, I think my purchase would depend on the storyline as well as the art. What sort of stories are you looking to publish? I think right now, something that's "for all ages", like appropriate for children, but interesting for teens, is something that's gonna be really popular(Think Cardcaptor Sakura, Hikaru No Go, ect.) You art is BEAUTIFUL, I can tell you work really hard on it. Just keep practicing! Also, I know you're not looking for publishers, but here are some things that might help:
