Awww wow that is very impressive my friend^^increased by 10 subscribers in less then a week^^ It took me 4 years to reach 555..may you got alot more in the future..A drawing won't matter my friend besides its the thought that counts^^ Good friends wont mind even if its a stick man^^ Or woman..Hehe

As for an idea you could do a video special. Like make a video of yourself to celebrate your achievement and add whatever content you want. ^^ That's the only idea I really have lol I hope that helps
