Yus, I need help with something. (If you can help me.)

First off, I'll tell you what I need help with. Ok. WEll, I'm going to be going to Otakon this year. YAY!!

But the problem is I want to cosplay, but I can't sew well at all. Then I can't buy anything online because I'm not allowed to. So I was wondering if anyone can tell me of an easy cosplay I can do. (without wig too.) I have brown hair just to tell you. ^^
