I LOOOOOOOOOOVE Kon's song and most of Byakuya's and Ruikia's Oh and dont forget Toshirou's his are my favs i have them on my play list ... you really need to check them out on youtube.
I really like Orange range, and the beat crusaders not to mention Houki boshi. And that maximum the hormone is just perfect for an anime like death note, ill look into the other suggestions and update

I really like the opening to Eden of the East as well and the Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei opening are so at odds with the comedy anime that its really interesting. (openings make it look like a horror anime!)

Monster OP/ED (not really casual listening, but they set the tone so well)

and "Monokuma Ondo" from Dangan Ronpa is weirdly catchy
There are *a lot* of anime openings/endings that I love, but without a doubt the top of the list has to be the Baccano opening! XD
With Durarara and Cowboy Bebop holding second place - Im a sucker for jazz.
