Also, I have a little comment about the story, I would have like to even though it hurts see Nao suffer and be alone for longer at the start. I really like his friends and his connections but I didn't really see how alone he was. Maybe like have him in the lunchroom watching people with friends but not "being able to" be with any. It be a more dramatic change when his friends enter and love him. Other than that, watch tenses. You switch it up every so often and it throws me off. Is it okay for me to say all this?? Do you not want me to??
Also, I love the jealousy of the other friends that were forgotten. And who is that high-schooler?!

As of right now, I can't tell you where, I'm just trying to get the story, but I'll read it over a couple of times and try~ The only thing for me right now is I would put Nao's memories of his parents leaving in italics so I can tell it's not actually happening, but at the same time I like the confusion because it shows how torn Nao is and how he can't stop that from being his reality... So maybe never mind...

Kita, can I just say I hate you? Not really of course, but your stupid story is making me cry! Nao! I just want to jump in and save him. This is so well written that I found myself actually cheering when Haruko stood up the the bullies and I was sad when Nao kept pushing them away! My goodness girl, you have talent! How old are you? Of course you don't have to answer that, but WOW! You have such talent! I love it! It could use work here and there but I love it! I will read this more than once for sure!

Sorry to comment here, I don't know if you wanted people to, but that picture of Nao is amazing. If I saw that on a book cover I would pick it up without a second thought!
