Tobi was going to be a character for an rp that I never got use.
He is a self-conscious grumpy guy that works as letter carrier and often finds himself in funny situations like people trying to rob him. Lol

As for Fang, he was an adopted oc. My idea for him is that he was part of the navy, but after a betrayal he becomes a pirate.
Later he gets hired to be a bodyguard. His powers are creating green energy blast that resemble green fire but not quite.
