Background: Hikaru is an orphan who used to run with a gang of dropouts and abandoned children before he met Haru. He learned sleight of hand to get by because he didn't want to steal, and now he uses it to make his friends laugh.
Personality: He is practical, friendly, and likes to cheer people up. When Haru tries to shut him out, though, his insecurities surface. When this happens, he may quickly jump to conclusions and get angry; but he usually cools off quickly.
