Yeah I agree :P A lot of animes really do screw up mangas.. (like Bleach at the moment..) but some mangas just get really weird o__o *sweat drops* like Naruto...

Mangas usually are better than animes, but because I watched the anime first I'd probably like the manga less than I would if I had read the it first. Dx I'll check it out sometime, though~

Ack! That reminds the I need to finish the first season o3o I watched a few episodes when it still showed on tv but never got very far... I also read the first (and maybe second) manga. way better...just thought I'd put that in...

Haha exactly! But the thing is, he can only use it once per person, so he has to be careful with who he uses it on. That teacher could be a double agent working for Britannia, who comes to kill him, but he can't stop him cause he already used his geass on him... @.@

Yeah, he's fighting for a good cause, but he does it in a bad way! (it's WAY more effective though xDD)

Definitely complex, and there are so many twists you will be VERY surprised! It seems like everybody in this anime dies, though. T.T

It is definitely an amazing anime in my opinion! It all depends on the person who is watching it! For me, it was easy to grasp the situation, but for some like PickleJuice, the series is indeed very confusing! (sometimes you just have to stop and think about the whole thing for a moment!) I really recommend it though, and I hope you like it!

It is kind of confusing at first, but let me explain. ^^

This is an alternate history for Japan. An empire known as Britannia has taken control of Japan, renaming it Area 11. The citizens who live there are known as 11's. Lelouch Lamperouge (actually Vi Britannia) is the son of the Emperor. When his mom was shot and killed and the emperor did nothing, Lelouch vowed to take his Emperor and the kingdom of Britannia down. One day, he stumbles upon supposedly a "gas tank" but when the tank is opened a girl comes out. The girl gives him a power known as a "geass" and he gains the ability to have complete obedience over a person. (hypnosis) Using this Geass, he initiates his plan to take down Britannia, and becomes Zero, a masked terrorist who causes much trouble for the empire.

I was quite interested in this anime,and soon I will start watching it,so I was interested what you have to say about it.^^
And it seems that this anime really is amazing! And I of course like the genre,so I will like this one. So is that picture down there of the second season? Because there is R2,and the title,so I'm wondering.
Lol,I hope the series is not as confusing as PickleJuice said.xD
