Eh, teru-teru bozu is that cute puppet that's used to shoo the rain away. Like this: link. I just thought something like this would be a good accessory for the text.
How about making a simple raining scenery outside? Their outfits would suggest so. But make a window of some sort for it and hand a teru-teru bozu on the text, it would be cute.
I'm stumped really, I can only make complicated bgs D:
