Hmm... there are ways that you can deal with your anger without being on meds, or seeing a counselor. You could do Yoga, that's something relaxing, you could take up a karate class, you could get a stress ball, you can find different things to help you cope. You can even get your anger out in poetry if you wanted to. Those are healthy ways of coping with anger.
