XD yay! I got it right. Yeah... I was really tempted to say happosai but I don't believe he has ever said it 3 times in a row. I think he only says it once then just refers to them as "silky darlings" or some other euphemism. So I had to cross him off the list.

ha ha. I tend to think Happosai from ranma whenever I see panties but I think the anime character you are quoting is chi from chobits when she is trying to figure out what to do with them.
