thought about that but i don't have any friends who start with me... only one who studies there since one year (i'm gonna live @ his flat for some weeks) ...

wow these two weeks are definitely going to fly by, I hope you have a lovely time at uni :) and about your own flat, why don't you rent out a place with your friends, that way if you share the rent it'll be cheaper?
