lol sometimes I feel like writing down my steps but then it would take longer to finish the drawing!
That's goo the you filled in the character templates, I'll look forward to those when you post them up!
Ah I feel better! Same here, sometimes I forget what to say and sometimes there just isn't much to say xD But I'm glad the people are interested to just look at the process!
OH I just thought of something I want to do.. I have to fill in those character templates! I think I shall do that really soon now that I've been thinking over my one-shot for a while! I'll post them in my world when I'm done^^
No you did fine with you info, I should be the one to worry, I never really put any info on my process, mainly cause I keep posting old art and I forgot what I did! @_@
It's okay I can wait!
Thanks, Toya! I'm glad you enjoyed it! At first, I didn't have much info to post on it so I was worried that it would look like I was only showing off xD I love looked at other peoples' processes like this though! I'm glad you like it!
Thanks so much! <3
Oh I've got to go for supper, but I shall talk to you later my friend!

Oh wow I finally got to look at the process! You did a really nice job on showing each step!
Wow you copic skills are awesome! I noticed the skin tone differences and I know that is the lighting levels! XD
No problem, Sachi! I'm really glad it helped!! I was nervous that it would just look like I was showing off or something as I didn't really have any points to give out xD Thankyou so much for viewing!!
Yes! And the ink is refillable so you never need to buy new markers of your colours either^^
I've never replaced the tips on mine, but I see them in the art stores and I know I'll probably have to do it sometime^^
Oh yes, definitely buy some if you find them in your artstore!! I probably wouldn't have gotten into art so much if I hadn't gotten them... they are so fun to use, they work really smoothly and they can almost look make the art look digital!
Aww thankies^^ I'm sure you'd use them really well too, you're very talented! It took me a little while to get used to them and then I also went back to the store a few more times to buy new colours, but its really worth it!!
That sounds neat! I've done something similar but probably not the exact thing.
Yeah, it actually can really stain the lighter marker tips badly... but the main thing is that it doesn't interupt the original colour, however light it is! It just takes that little scribble to wipe off a bit of the dark ink. And you can also buy new tips for Copics, unlike some other markers!
Oh lol! I was wondering who you were for a second xD Thanks for the comment, Ichi! :D
Thanks so much! And thanks for checking the post out :D
Oh, you mean like blending the darker with a lighter marker right? Yeah, I do it a lot! First I put down a light colour coat and then bring in darker colours. After that, I keep going back to the lightest marker and blending the darker colours together and fusing them with the light undercoat. It works well with hair! The lighter marker tip does get a bit stained after, but it won't ruin the colour of ink or anything... I always just make sure to scribble off any dark ink thats on the tip and get the original light ink flowing again before moving to something else. I've actually forgotten to do that a couple of times and I end up leaving a smudge of darker colour when I go to use the lighter marker again. But other then that, you can mix between light and dark with no damage to the tip^^ I hope I wasn't being confusing here xD Thanks again for the comment! :)
Ah thanks for bringing that up!! I actually took the picture in different lighting... That last stage is the actual colours. The earlier stages look a bit yellowy as my lamp cast that light on it (I was working later at night but I took the last picture in natural daylight!) And yes, I did do a bit of editing too^^ I should actually go mention this stuff in the post!
Thanks again, I'm glad you enjoyed it my friend!
Really enjoyed seeing the process/ glimpses of progress through out your work, but im curious about 8 and 9 as the skin tones seem different, and wondered if thats jsut how the marker dries up after wards or if you simply just edited the lighting and contrast =]
Thankyou, I appreciate it sooo much!! *hugs* I'm actually going to stop posting on the Sherlock Holmes one for now as I'm going to work on another manga soon. This world and my Shoot for the Moon world will still be active though^^ Thanks as always!
Thankyou SO much, Zuzu!! I was worried people wouldn't enjoy this post since I thought it was boring... Seems I'm wrong! I'm so glad you enjoyed looking at it and thanks for the support! Thankyou *hugs* You're the best!
