I've been having trouble with my manga >3< Its like I feel discouraged when I think of it? There's just too much on the go for me right now. I think we both need to get some nice time to relax and stop stressing xD Work is distracting us!

Yeah exactly!!! I think that some of these chalk artists actually plan their drawings on the computer and then get the measurements for the angle, but then they have to be worried about how to colour and everything else xP

Ooo one of my favourites is the snail that is climbing onto the bench! I don't know i you saw it or not, but the stretched version goes across the bench and actually uses a post in the sidewalk for one of its eyes! Its amazing!!!

He does, while I was looking at his site with the links you provided I saw that he does stretch the image and then when you look at it at a certain angle it looks normal! XD That was pretty cool to see! I also saw some of his wip photos and I liked those! XD

I just looked at the chalk work and man it has me spazzing out! All the artwork looks amazing!!! It looks so real! and I know what if I was walking by, I might really mistake the illusion for a the real thing! Man it's so cool I love it! I wish I could to something like that! I know I looked at it, but it seriously doesn't look like chalk!!!!

She read your comment though and she's gonna write a little thankyou^^ But i wanted to answer your question about what materials she used. She used Sharpie pens and a piece of paper! Yeah it does look digital! I'm feeling like doing one now too, it would be neat and relaxing to do a bunch of random designs!
And my sister planned this a bit... You might be able to see a larger image of a snail and N, E, S, and W on each side that represents the directions! I really wish I could post it bigger T^T I'm glad you liked it!

As much as I enjoy detail, when it comes to doing it myself, I fizzle out (unless I knew what I was doing!). Tell your sister she does amazing work! Wouldn't this be an interesting challenge...

wow I didn't know this type of art was called "zentangle"! I remeber that when I was in high school I saw some students doing something like this and I wanted to try it to, but I didn't since I didn't have any art classes!

Anyways tell you sister that this is amazing! she put so many details into it, it just look beautiful! I wish that you could put some more close ups on it, it's so gorgeous and I love the style!

By the way, what kind of material did she use? It look digital! XD
