Rotate in sai? what I did was copy the layer of the drawing then go to layer on the toolbar and scrolled down to the options and picked and repeated it every time I copied the layer.
I hope that makes sense.

That's cool, almost like a kaleidoscope effect. I wonder what it would look like if you lightly colored it and set the layers to multiply.
