I think I'm gonna start putting a watermark with my name right in the middle of my pics, that way there will be no cropping it out (its the only thing I can think of)
no problem! I did the same for another friend who also got her work stolen! It might take a while for the administrators to do something though unless that person decides to take it down, but I doubt that might happen. I will keep an eye out though!

That's very messed up! you should report them, I'm not sure how that will be done though since you don't have a DA account, I have one though, so I could report them for you!
The best thing I would suggest to help prevent it from happening in the future is to place a watermark somewhere in the drawing (instead of just your signature at the bottom). If you don't have Photoshop, you can use MS Paint that comes with your computer if you have a PC. (I'm not sure about Macs.)
Some people don't like to do that because they claim it "defaces" their work, but it's what is needed on the Internet.
Contact da and they put u through lots of passing around. Link ur pics as well as provide photographic proof of the original with ur name in the photo. That's what I did once >.<
I don't understand why people do that. It is not like you feel proud when someone congrats you on that if you stole it...
Anyways, I also suggest contacting Devianart administration. I also unfortunately don't have an account there, but I am pretty sure that there should be their e-mail address under contacts or something.

There is an option to report, you just have to look for it, I also almost didn't see it!

I'm pretty sure you can contact the DeviantArt administration with proof that the works are yours. I doubt they'll let something like art theft stand.
