I Remember

Rain, rain is nature's fury, and I am afraid of the rain, and yet, I am grateful to the rain, because, if it wasn't for Nature's furry, I wouldn't be laying next to him right now, it was on a night simaler to this one, dark and cold, I remember that he said that he was going to go put a towel under the door, and come right back, I remember that I ran down the stairs after him, after the first lightening strike, I ran and bumped into something soft and warm, I fell on the floor, and I remember wen he bent down, and gave me his hand to help me up, I remember being too afraid to move, so we sat on the floor, against the wall, untill it stopped, I didn't ask him to stay, but he new how scared I was, the first clap of thunder, I remember my heart jumping, I must have been shaking, because I remember him pulling me closer, and he let his arm drape over my shoulder, I remember the way he stroked my hair, and he gave me his shoulder to lay my head on, but most of all, I remember that during the next clap of thunder, he rose my face, and kissed me, I am no longer as afraid of thunder as I was, and I owe all this, this love for him, I owe it all, to nature's furry
