It seems whenever they remake a show likes this, they do dumb stuff to it. But then again, Star, you have to consider the audience of today versus the audience of back then. Different kids with different values and interests. *shakes head* Pretty sad where we've come from and where we are now.
Well I'm totally fine with your opinion on it, it's not gonna change mine but I guess I just like the animation style (can't ALL have the same taste after all). Also, don't dis converse. I mean they sort of suck but I usually get better quality keds and keds look similar after all. :P
The show was awful, but the designs were so much better. The toys were quality too and didn't look like they could snap or choke a small child. I still own an original Napper, Heart Throb and Patch.

I liked the old toys XD
Sure the show is rather naff, and way too cutesey - but it is aimed at kids. I'm fine if people want to watch it though ^^

i do love the original more and i always draw the original... my fave was majesty hehe
