It's a fun show. From what I've heard, Slam Dunk was a big influence on many of the sports anime & manga that came after it, so it's probably worth checking out if not for that reason alone.

Huh, I just may have to check out Slam Dunk. I'm not that interested in basketball, but I've always seemed to like sports manga.
I'd rather see in shades of gray.
