I think the campus is mostly closed on the weekends, so they preoccupy us with other things. So on one weekend, they'll be taking us kids to a ropes course somewhere. >_>;;

I dunno, I think the college lifestyle is pretty darn awesome. :D You'll probably manage to avoid getting the roommate from hell (they're a far rarer breed than people make them out to be.)

Protip re:laundry... load up on socks and underwear. They're the final frontier.

Heh, did that for good three or four years. If you're lucky, your room mate will be harmless, and if you're really lucky you might actually enjoy hanging out with them.

If you're unlucky, you get pyros.

Question: Will you and the room mate at least have separate rooms?
