When I was browsing earlier I came across a Psychology Today article (based on a book) that reminded me of this post: A First-Rate Madness.
I wouldn't mind reading this book, even thought the NYTimes gave it a harsh review: NYTimes Review. (C'mon, there wasn't anything worthwhile about it?)

It's an unusual (and almost counter-intuitive) predicament to be in - wanting creative leaders, but neglecting what the creative introvert has to offer. No doubt that whole charismatic-leader type is firmly planted in some people's minds, where they're impressed by the firm goal-setting go-getter! But I do think that "Ideal Leader" concept is changing, or at least, has been modified in light of historical research. (Political and social leaders only do what they do because they do have many people working behind the scenes. Movements are more than just leaders.)
And, I still haven't gotten around to watching any of the Aria anime yet. I've heard good things about it, so I'll make up for my neglect someday.

I watched the latest episode of Natsume Yuujinchou San and could immediately tell that this is going to be a kickass arc. (Perhaps not coincidentally it's because Natori is here? :P)

@Shinmaru:
YES. NATORI.
I like how he was chilling in front of a billboard of himself. He's subtle like that.
