Just recently I remembered how important sleeping is. There's nothing like burnout to remind one of the importance of some things which are fundamental! Please try and get those sleeping patterns to resemble something normal and recognizable.
I'm reminded of Little Miss Sunshine: Embrace your remaining teenage years! Think of all that you'll learn from them!

Hm, don't take this as any conclusive proof, but I remember the friendship between me and my ex getting more physically affectionate before we started officially "dating". So, this could be a very good sign. ^^
i never read your introduction poem before pickel, i love it! it's wonderful by the way^-^
1) try taking benadryl. if you're struggling to get to sleep that is- when i take it 2hrs before i have to go to bed i am able to sleep much easier. it makes me drowsey. either that or damamine. it's a motion sickness pill. half the regular dosage will knock you out quick. My physciatrist told me that stuff <.< i'm not trying to get you to be a druggy here... she said advil nighttime helps too but i don't believe her. i've tried it. never made me sleepy.
2) I don't know what DHB is. awe ;_; *hugs* hmmm trying to think up advice for that.. when i get jealous i normally just try to see what they're doing and improve based upon it. but if it's a different kind of jealous.. i try to block it out <_> i dono if that's much advice. good luck with that though, it'll work out.
3) ...............what? ;_; sorry i don't understand... i think the random "RAHH" moments are kinda normal. it'll be alright

Everyone needs their own amount of sleep, but it can make a huge difference. I hope you find the right balance for you.

What with my recent shoujo adventures, I've found myself thinking "me and bell are in the same boat right now". I hope we both get good endings. >:|
