He can't help it, he can't fight it.
Heres what I want you to try, everytime you see him wether hes mad or not I want you to say "I love you, Dad". Say it alot. Again and again till he grows to expect it. Because when he's mad at you and he sees you coming He will hear those little words in his mind.

And belive me, that screws up any rotton mood anyone can have.
