As the title implies, I created this just for fun. ^_^ I mainly intend to use this as a means to jot down whatever comes to mind, and (provided that I feel like it) put down some stuff on history. I'll try not to be too judgemental about topics that tend to be extremely sensitive like politics. (No, no, scratch that--especially politics.)
As a side note, I'm also going to start using this as a means to announce when I have updated my story Tides of Fate or anything else related to it.

But...it didn't turn out quite like I would've hoped. (*anime drop*) Oh well..."better luck next time", I suppose...
Anyway, I'd like to point out that the majority of this picture came off of a website that was full of other paintings on display. (On Google, the link was flickr.com/photos/95807516@N00/2431623718 . If you're interested in finding it, you may have to type in something along the lines of "Red Moon" on the Google Image search in order to find it--but don't take my word on it.) The bottom half of the picture, even though you can't see it with the way it came out, is a darkened version of Atlantica from the first movie. (I'm warning you though--you won't find it anywhere on the internet! I got the image this way on my own terms.)

I can't believe my English professor!!! 
Part of our homework this weekend was to watch the Presidential Debate, right? Well, I just got finished doing that on YouTube just a few moments ago and I must say: I knew there was a reason why I didn't want to do it! I learned next to NOTHING on either McCain's and Obama's stance on the issues of today. This is what I did get from the both of them:
McCain:
- Strongest Stance: Military in general
- Demenor: Patient to an extent
- Mindset to other candidate: "He just doesn't get it and he's contradicting himself"
- Most common turn of phrase included: "my records say..."
Obama:
- Strongest Stance: Healthcare
- Demenor: Impatient to an extent
- Mindset to other candidate: "He just doesn't get it and that's that"
- Most common turn of phrase included: "well, McCain here..."
Both:
- Fluid talk about matters overseas
- Fluid talk about what's going on in the Middle East
- None could answer coherently (nor honestly in my opinion) how they were going to handle taking the Presidancy during an economic crises rivaling that of the Great Depression
Other than learning first-hand that watching this was a punishment rivaling that of being forced to watch Barney or the Teletubbies, that's basically about it...(now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to either watch free anime or read some manga to finally calm down...)

Good Lord, it seems like I'll never be able to finish that thing!
Just kidding! 
Actually, the real reason why it's been taking me so long to finish is because I'm a perfectionist. In other words, if I'm going to do anything in this world, I'd like it to be done right and to the best of my abilities. (As that famous quote says, "Failure is not an option.") Another reason for the delay is because I stress over almost every detail I put into my writing; particularly, what words I use to convey my thoughts and, for the sake of the story, getting the "right" names for the "right" characters. Otherwise, a good portion of my other details are pretty spontaneous. ^_^
Anyway, it might be a while yet before my next post; what I'm going to be doing in the meantime, other than homework, is putting some more of the story down in my notebook and continue to edit like I always do. And who knows? Next time I update it, I might be able to finish that part of the story too! (*crosses fingers*)
