Steamboat Willie is the name of the first episode that Mickey Mouse became popular in, which also happened to be the first cartoon that ever had sound to it as well. (The date was--if I remember correctly--September 7th, 1928.) Steamboat Willie, or rather "Willie," is also the name of the boat tha Mickey was on.
You're right on! ^^ (Actually, that warship was supposed to be Steamboat Willie, but I guess I just don't have the talent to reconstruct that ship based on memory alone...^^; Oh well, at least its still beneficial to my project. ^_^)
