Well, that's certainly not complicated...but I'll figure it out and pwn. Resizing is no fun--but you put the sizes here so I should be fine. *Despair* Grah. Damned computer.
I use to start out with paint, and Paint doesn't have this nice thing called layers. But you can still do stuffs, like this wallpaper you have to be careful because once you paste something in Paint, it will stay when you move to the next step. Or if you have a pic that's already for a wallpaper, you can use Paint to jazz it up with some text like in this one. Or if you're very careful, you can photoshop some images together (yes I did that one mostly in paint before discovering layers in photoshop)--what you do is have separate files of the pics you are using, size them to the proportions you want, then cut them and paste them onto the blank document you're working with. I hope that helps you in using Paint to make wonderous creations! :D
All right, "Big sis", here's the thing with these wallpaper things.
I've no idea what "Adobe Photoshop" is, and the only thing my computer came in with was "Paint". And, from the things you've typed, I take it the instructions were for the Adobe Photoshop, right? ):
Don't worry, it's not a stupid question, someone else asked me something similar before, I might as well make a post for it to come shortly up on my big sister site ^^
In the meantime, for the rankings, every month they give out 'status promotions' like the otakuite++, otaku legend, and so on. They give these promotions to members that are active on the site, so you earn these promotions by submitting fanstuff, posting, and commenting, as well as logging in practically every day. I'm not sure on the exact amount of activity qualifies for a promotion, but as long as you keep doing stuff on the site, you'll climb that ladder on your way up to Otaku Legend! :D
Um... this is probably a stupid question, but What are the requirements to go up from otakuite to otakuite+ and so on? Also, what are the other names for the different levels? i hope you can answer my question!
