Oh geez, thats awful! im sorry that happened to you = I hated when people called off when I was on the floor. We've had to work woth three aides to the floor because of that...that means over 17 residents to one aide....youre expected to get everything done, take care of everyone, get your computer done, and have all that done by 2:30 pm. -sighs- i know how you feel
Ive talked to my boss and hr but I doesnt help because everyones afraid of the admin. The fact Im butting heads with him makes them nervous to try to help me. Hes fired people for butting heads with him before. The soul reason Im still there is because its a workers comp related injury. I did get a note from my physical therapists though. I had them fax it in. However, none of the bosses are in over the weekend so Im just assuming Im to stay where I am. I cant scrap the floor theres nothing left. So poo on him -sticks tounge out- hes a poopstain anyway. Todays wasnt anywhere near as bad thankfully
-hugs back- did any of that make sense?
Im sorry that really is no good >.< I think i'm the same way its spring break for three states around us so we are packed to the brim! we've had so many people call in sick today we were short handed and busy *shakes head* today has been crazy and i'm really no supersitious at all either. I'm sorry you got a friction burn I hope it feels better
Aw I'm sorry you had an awful day. *gives you a big virtual hug*
I think that it sucks that your boss won't take your health and welfare into consideration. That's awful. My best advice would be to talk to your boss about the situation or beTter yet I would talk to a Human Resources personal to get reasigned to another department until your arm is better and more sound and say something about how much pain you're in. And say that your physical therapist doesn't want you doing that kind of work. And you could do some serious damage to an already injured arm.
I would maybe see about presenting the appropriate paper work or whatever documents you have stating that your physical therapist says you can't be doing that kind of work.
I will be honest. I don't fully understand your situation. I'm just trying to offer my support as your friend.
As for the rest, I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. I hope everything works out. *big hugs again*
