Espada are free to join. (Since Aizen was smart/stupid enough to organize the Espada similar to the Court Guards in the manga/anime. -_-")
The Gotei 13 will begin theirs 13 days before Christmas Eve. However, since the Espada are only 10 (Unless you count Aizen, Gin and Tosen), Espada will begin theirs 10 days before Christmas Eve.
So, given this:
Gotei 13: period of 13 days from the 11th Dec. to the 24th Dec.
Espada: period of 10 days from the 14th Dec. to the 24th Dec.
These ideas are awesome! I'm really excited to see how everyone decorates their worlds
Can the espada participate in Tsuki's idea? I know it might not run as smoothly as the captains (since there's a bunch of you guys) but are we allowed to try one day for each espada...? Will it work?
I'm in for both the Secret Santa and the decorating.
