Two Announcements:
Hello everyone RPers and Fans alike,
This is Kita the creator and owner of this Bleach RP. One of the first announcements I would like to make is the fact on the Thief Arc we are following and building at this moment. Yesterday we had an RPer that did not post on their assigned post date. From knowing this person personally I am going to say this right out...
"STOP BEING A LAZY ASS! You told me you would take this spot and do right by it. I gave it to you in good faith. Don't ruin it for the others because YOU want to slack off."

I am glad to see the next RPer that was to post did not wait on this person to get their post up. That would have thrown us into delay. "Thank you".
I want everyone to know that if you miss your post date because of work, school or unavoidable happenings. Please post it up AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and if you are the person following the person that did not post DO NOT WAIT ON THEM, post your part.
The second thing I want to address here:
I am in need of a partner to help me run this RP. I would like it to be an RPer of the Bleach RP. I will not lie to you. It can be a real pain and very time consuming sometimes. You have to be available at all times. Which means you have to check into TheO A LOT or be on Skype DAILY (not ‘all day’ just daily). You have to have an open mind, have a creative mind, except ideas and be an adult when confrontation or drama arises. You also need to be able to explain things when someone don’t understand or at least know to send them to the right person to help them understand. Above all, you have to be able to talk to me. Yes, I am hard headed, but I am not unmovable if met with reason. You will have to have a backbone and be able to stand up to me if need be. Aizen is a pussycat compared to me.
The job is not all that hard, but like I said… At times it can be a real pain. Once you get the feel for it, it is easy to work into a schedule. Though if you get anything like me when it comes to the Bleach RP your mind will not stop turning on new ideas for it. However, we are not here to force the ideas. They are to be brought to the RPers and let them decide if they like it or not or maybe even add a little insight of their own. That is after the fact of you and I talking about it.
I have a few RPers in mind I would like to see step up to this spot, but I am not going to bring it up to them. I want to see who might be interested in taking it and helping me out. If I hear from no one then I will continue to run it on my own like I have been. I do have a few helpers around *smiles* thanks guys you know who you are.

If my comment above from the Thief section seems a little harsh. It’s because it was. This person made a promise to me and so far it has been a BIG let down. *don't take kindly to broken promises*
