We create a character. Right now Aizen has Starrk looking for a thief within Los Noches. He has not taken anything of value, YET. However, what if we let the thief get is hands on the Hougyoku? Los Noches will be the first to be out hunting for the hougyoku. The Soul Society will wonder what the heck is going on and come out to play. Once they find out it was the hougyoku that was taken they will get more involved.

The thief can be whatever, Arrancar, Soul Reaper, or just a rouge soul, but this thief knows how to open the gates on both sides to get to the Soul Society, the human realm and Hueco Mundo. We can also have him stealing within the Soul Society to. That way they can be looking for this jerk as well. It can be a fight Soul Reaper vs. Espada vs. the thief to see who can get their hands on the hougyoku first. Of course we all know it will have to go back to Aizen, but this could be fun. Everyone can get involved even the OC's if they want. There will be no rush on getting it posted and we can pair up, do it alone or even a group can work on it.
