Yes that actually happened in my dad's workplace. And I read the news online last night and there was actually flooding everywhere. Like in downtown, there was a picture of a person walking with their shoes off cuz the water level was up to the waist!! O-o

I can't imagine T hugging A and screaming WHATSOEVER. xD And you're welcome. No I haven't read the newspaper but OMG. O.o I'm gonna read the news online. The only thing that I know of is that when it started raining, the power went out in my dad's workplace. And everyone stupidly walked around for 2 hours while there are dangerous machines lying around. Don't get why they weren't allowed to just go home.
