I Have Officially Jinxed It... BP #66

Hi~

I'M SO SO SORRY CANADA. MORE SPECIFICALLY, ONTARIO. I'M SO F*CKING SORRY. I REALLY AM.

I was talking with mangaandanimelove in one of her rants on theO and I said that the weather was slowly getting better in where we live; Toronto. I thought I might have jinxed it after I said that but then the weather really did get warmer; yesterday it was 12 degrees Celsius (53.6 degrees Fahrenheit) and it was actually ok compared to the crappy weather we got. And now today it's snowing, it still is as I'm typing this. It's like a blizzard, and the temperature dropped below freezing. I'm currently looking through weather updates and I found this just now:

Wind Chill Warning for Southern Ontario
Active for next 15 hours
Locations: City of Toronto; Rodney - Shedden - ... Show more
Posted 1 hour, 2 minutes ago – Environment Canada

How likely: 3/4 How soon: 2/4 How severe: 2/4
Cold wind chill values expected overnight into Thursday morning.

Very cold north to northwest winds in the wake of the snow storm will draw in unseasonably cold air overnight. As temperatures bottom out near minus 20 or colder in many areas, winds of 20 to 30 km/h will produce wind chill values near minus 30 except minus 35 just east of Georgian Bay.

What is a Wind Chill Warning?

A Wind Chill Warning is issued to warn of conditions that will cause frostbite to exposed skin. Criteria vary across the country, ranging from wind chill values of -55 in some Arctic regions to -30 in Southwestern Ontario. A national wind chill program is in development. Source: ec.gc.ca

And I woke up with a cold this morning. Ugh.
As one of my friends said last year in class, "it's Mother Nature on her period."
