It really is all about what you eat. Try eating more protein enriched food ( i'm not one to talk i am weak too I do not eat meat, dairy, beans ect.) But you NEED TO DRINK WATER!!!!! regardless you need to drink water it will make a world of difference. You should drink half your weight in oz of water a day so if you weigh 110 you need to drink 55 oz of water a day (basically 7 cups of water). You may need to take a vitamin supplement to help the cartilage in your joints (my bf has too for his knees from football). Whatever you do do not google your symptoms... you will end up with an incurable tumor lol. You just need to boost your immune system and get better!!

Its a make shift bed, it used to be sitting kind of thing and its really hard. I have become used to it now, its been years since I have been using it but I think its the thing that trigger the muscle pains...I really need to think more and improve myself, lol...

At this point don't try to just sit and drink milk or water or eat carrots. Don't try to diagnose yourself online. You know it's a possible recurring problem, so raise all the hell that is necessary for your dad to get you to a doctor. Only a professional can tell what the problem is, and getting it diagnosed may help you a lot in the future. Good luck!
Well could u go by yourself to a doc ? really sad that your parents don't take that serious :/

Hmm doesn't sound too good. I would suggest to go see a doctor about it, but I'm not certain how expensive it is, but you posting about your pains and how you describe it really sounds to me it's not good.
Lack of sleep, stress maybe influences these things? But not really your pain in your knee. If you're stressed your muscles become tensed and that could result in faster pain while doing dishes & such. Try to analyze your pose when you do chores that hurt you, are standing up straight, shoulders back? Search the internet for good poses perhaps.
Dizzy usually correlates to not enough blood going to your brain or your 'vertigo' the organ in your ear for balance and position. You could also find some stuff about dizziness on the internet and see what different types there are, link that's a first I came across, but there should be more.
Also, perhaps for your neck and hands you can find some exercises that might flex your muscles and un-tense them.
Thankyou for the comment^^ I think I visited a Doctor a couple of years ago and he made me so tense, trying to set me up for tests and appiontments and we were going through a financial crisis that time so my Dad never got the chance to take me to do any of that stuff. After that I just gave up...I think I sleep fine. 6 to 7 hours sleeps is sorta fine, right? Idk, it maybe just my own neglect...

Lol, I do drink water, but I forget to drink it during the day and then I suddenly remember that I've not drunk water all day and drink 3 to 4 glasses straight...Yes, you're right, I ought to realise myself too. I need to set some health goals for myself, but I'm such a pathetic person. I know I'll regret my actions later...No, we don't have a health care system and no insurance aswell, and the doctors here are so expensive! And, I'm a miser too :P Lets see what I do...
