Well, you can take a scan from minitokyo.net and render it, or take a ready made render from dA, or any related website and open it on photoshop....Put the rendered image on an untitled page margined according to the resolutions required by TheO...Then you can edit it..Add a background, or brushes if you want...You can just play with it and when you're satisfied that it looks wallpaper like submit it here...You can check out the wallpapers here and open the links we provide in the caption box to get some tips^^

Hahaha, yes a lot of people post quite regularly, but artsy submissions have gone extremely down and I'm quite worried for that!

*sighs* It's been like that at the O for a while now... which is too bad. It was a very vibrant place when I joined. I am working on wallpapers still. They just take a long time to finish.

Yeah, that is rare and it does feel so out of place when it happens.

I've been working on stuff-- honest! I just haven't finished anything. I'll try to get something done and scan it at my parents' place. Curse my lack of a scanner.
