Well, I already mentioned the quote to you. XD Well, the thing about the quote. If I can, I'll have to search for it again and have it written somewhere else lol. But yeah, I loved that quote. :]
Aww, poor DA books. XD I'm sure one day you'll get a chance to read them. But heck, I am honored (as I've said many a time) that you've been reading my stories still. <3 You know it's been around a year since I started writing? Lol. Thank you again for your sweet words. <3 But yeah, I bet if you read a little bit at a time, then you'd finish them. That's really all I do with reading. I only read about 10 minutes before going to bed lol. At least these days. When it's a little warmer, I like to read outside and I get more time in, but in general, that's how I read. A little bit at a time. :] So maybe when you feel like it, that's what you'll do! Cause those Dragon Age books are really good~
So you like the classics, huh? I have to say, I also enjoyed me some Shakespeare. A lot of people didn't lol. But I liked them. Same with poetry. I know you're a poetry girl. :3
Haaaah yeahhhh. XDDD *high fives* I know you're with me on being saddened lol! I mean, these books were on the list on goodreads for the "best gay fantasy" books. And I've read many on that list, and most of them have pretty steamy scenes lol. I assumed this would, too, but nope. Right when things might happen...it would be the end of the scene! So everything had to happen in my imagination lol. It's not like all the books I read are explicit either. XD I can love these books even without the smex scenes, but yeah haha. I reviewed the Nightrunner series before...and I can compare this series to that. Both being M/M and fantasy, but both being tame...there would be sex scenes, but never any details. (Unless you count the bonus Nightrunner book with short stories that were nothing but smut haha!)
Thanks again for reading, Smoothie. <3
Oh! And about the book I'm reading now, I started it last night. I was so used to third person in the Herald books that I have to get used to first person, which this is in. And it is in separate characters' POV's, so not just one chara's. And the one guy has a weird accent lol. Something to get used to, but yeah, I sure hope it's really good, too. XD
