Wasn't that me? I'm pretty sure you were referring to me any my speech regarding the police being able to hold you for interrogation for 23 days without charges, and that discrimination there is not illegal, etc..

Somehow, I don't think getting people to stay in Japan longer is actually going to do anything about the birthrate. You kind of need breeding to bring that back up.
