Did you find the world on the intro page under offical worlds, I think it is a FAQ page. The MyO pages are still functioning you just have to go to MyO.com and login in seperately. Wierd and tedious but hopefully shortlived.
I feel the same way though. I've been messing with it since it came up and still haven't figured everything out.
Hope things have been all right with you besides the shock of the update. ^^
