I had two in mind that would be interesting, but I looked and it turns out I haven't got enough rank yet to do one, so I'll have to wait. Didn't realize that until now ^^; It kinda sucks. But when the time comes, I know one that would be interesting here. Thanks for encouraging me though :)

I think if you want to make a challenge then just go for it! Prizes aren't mandatory, I know they are often offered but you don't have to if you don't have time. You could always give the winners one of those little gifts for their portfolio ^^
