Oh, you mean Bubbles, the blonde one, right? I have kids, and they've watched the movie enough to like them (and bring back my memories, considering I liked them too as a kid). I think it was Chemical X that helped make them with the sugar and spice and everything nice. At least, that's what I always thought. It's been way too long *haha*

hehe this brings ack so many memories..I used to watch Powerbuff Girls as a kid..Haha even though it was a girly show I kinda liked it... I always wondered were they got their super powers from... The one with the blone hair were my favourite..I can't remember her name....:)
