I don't know where to look, and, frankly, I don't care anymore. I happened to see her on chat the other day, and she was bullshitting me, and 'Kay', someone she's apparently with, sent m a death threat, so I really don't want to waste any more time on someone who disrespects me so much as to lie and try and convince me with a death threat, supposedly from someone else.
Don't get me wrong, I am still worried for her, but if that's how she's going to treat me, I don't want to find her...
a mandated reporter is someone who needs to report things such as child abuse, suicidalness, etc. to either the cops or the appropriate authorities and will get something done about it.
I hope so too, but it probably won't happen... It hasn't yet happened, and it's been eight years... I really hope that she finds people who will help her, though. I really do.
She's already been reported as a missing person, and the police are out looking for her, but her parents are horrible, and when they find her, it'll be bad. I can't help her, because if my family find her and bring her back, her family will take her and hurt her, but if I just sit here, useless, she could die out there, alone. She doesn't have the will to survive; she'll just sit there and cry, rather than get anything done about it. She's not right in the head, not to be rude, but she does have her problems (untreated schizophrenia), which will make it harder for her. I hope that she's safe, but I know she's not, because, no matter what, she'll be in danger.
It was sent from the post office from near her place (the return address was the post office's), so that's not much help. My friend is in danger at home, so, even if she comes home, it'd be just as bad, but I don't know what to do, because she's my best friend, no one believes her about her parents, except me, and there's nothing anyone can or will do. I hope she's alright, and that she makes it on her own, but I'm worried about her as well, because she won't cope very well.
I know what it's like to run away, and I crossed states when I ran off, and I know her, and she won't be able to do it. Not on her own, at least. She'll be scared to death right now, and there's nothing I can do to help her. It makes me feel so useless.
seeing as you are only 13, do not try to handle this on your own. Contact the police or her family and if the family isn't an option, talk to your family and ask them to report a missing person or something. The most you can do is ask for the help to help her and ask around to see if anyone has seen her or something, idk, these are just a few of my own thoughts you dont have to listen to me though haha ^^' I hope everything will turn out well though

Well see if there's anyway you can trace her from the mail she sent you or if theres anything in her room or something that might lead to where she went. And if she's only 13 I have a feeling she might come back because there isn't much a 13 year old can do own their own. I'm sorry about the situation though and I truly hope she comes back if you need to talk to someone to help you feel better you can talk to me anytime too.

She's already told the cops and DHS and her school and counselors and everything. Nothing has been done to help her.
