MINI FAQ:
1) May I draw your character(s)?
I don’t mind it if you wanna draw Atelo and/or Aziz at all :D I’m willing to accept art of pretty much any rating with these two; Please ask me for permission before drawing anything of an adult rating, however. I don’t mind violent/gorey pieces with these brothers depending on what you have in mind (again, ask permission if it’s an adult rating). I’d like to avoid drawing them in any form of sexual situation at this time.
2) Is there anyone I should draw him/them with?
Each other haha Because the two of them are practically attached at the hip, I much prefer art including the both of them over art of just one of the other. Not that I won’t appreciate single-character work of course!
3) Are Atelo and Aziz OC’s, Adopted Adoptables, or fan characters?
Atelo and Aziz are both original characters, designed and brought to life by myself.

NAME AND MEANING/ORIGIN: The definition of Atelo is “imperfect” or “incomplete” which is exactly what Atelo is without his brother.

While the two of them are twins, Atelo typically takes on the “big brother” role more often than Aziz and is very protective of his brother. He gets jealous easily if his brother spends too much time with someone else, and Aziz has pretty much accepted the fact that he’ll need Atelo’s blessing if he’s to get in any form of serious relationship.
Atelo is a bit of a rough-around-the-edges brute but is actually and emotional snowstorm inside. He prefers to hide his emotions in favor of appearing more masculine and strong. He doesn’t have many friends aside from Aziz, if any worth mentioning, and doesn’t play well with others. He’s got sort of a street punk attitude and is rather vulgar and rude. He’s very loyal and fun, however, when you get to know him and has a very confident and “can do” personality about him.

NAME AND MEANING/ORIGIN: Means “powerful, respected, beloved”, derived from Arabic azza meaning “to be powerful” or “to be cherished”. This is one of the 99 attributes of Allah in the Qur’an. A notable bearer of the name was Al-‘Aziz, a 10th-century Fatimid caliph.

Aziz is a born actor and lover of the arts. He knows how to manipulate a crowd like none other, and is especially adept at wooing the ladies. He’s an adept belly dancer and poet, and has what Atelo refers to as a silver snake’s tongue. If Aziz wants something, its very difficult to tell when he’s lying or not; only Atelo seems to be able to tell, and sometimes Aziz can even trick him.
When Aziz wants something, he goes for it and oftentimes gets carried away. He keeps himself well groomed and while he has every ability to handle himself in a fight, he much prefers to use his cunning to avoid one when possible. He’s been made fun of for being “soft” as a result, but he could really care less what others think of him…almost to a fault. He has a bad habit of making enemies as a result.
Regardless of his outside, on the inside Aziz longs for a lover, a special someone he can pour his soul to and doesn’t feel the need to lie or cheat or hide behind a mask - someone he can be himself with. He’s a hopeless romantic (as Atelo might say, “emphasis on the hopeless.”) with a soft spot for women and children that gives him a bit of a knightly or heroic vibe…you know, when he’s not pissing you off of course.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Aziz’s feet…wrap…things cut off at the toes as well, exposing them, which all have black lion claws just like his hands.
Aziz is very similarly colored to Atelo. His hair is a deep red sorta same as Atelo’s mane is, but instead of fading to white it fades to black. His eyes are onyx/black (the opposite of his brother’s silver eyes) and the end tuft on his tail is just like his hair - red fading to black. The fur on his ears and tail are black just like his brother’s otherwise. His skin is copper, beautiful like middle eastern Arabian or Egyptian skin mostly (think the color of Pharaoh Atem’s or Thief King Bakura’s skin on YuGiOh! Duel Monsters), and his jewelry are all gold and ruby in color (gold bangles etc. but the accents are all ruby) and I haven’t specifically imagined anything for his skirt…wrap…thing. But I figure it would be colors that match the red and black and gold accent theme or something, so imagine what you’d like :D
He has two piercings: One on his nose, which is a ring, and a labret just below his lip. He usually just wears black or gold simple jewelry but will switch it up if it suits him and matches his outfit better, usually only in the case of a belly dancing moment or something.
Aziz only has one form - kemonomimi.

Atelo and Aziz are twin brothers, though one is of course more notably human and the other more animal. They’re kinda knuckleheads that are both inseparable and have a mini rivalry like many a sibling. They have a really sweet relationship with one another~
They’re partner’s in crime as well, having an affinity for “borrowing” shiny things haha Their front, however, is that Aziz is a professional belly dancer and Atelo is his body guard.
As for any physical details you’re lacking… Atelo is considerably taller than Aziz, by maybe 2 feet, because of his anthro legs mainly.
