That kind of influece could be a negative factor on the growing process.Lately the tv media has been very violent in the content it shows and it's a bad cultural factor to grow with. The voilence and crime rates could be controled with the correct formation,as the movie where Jim Carrie lives in a more peaceful society.
I would like to eliminate those kind of factors when it's my turn to be up in the family structure. The bad side is that internet and school will be the winning factor.Language is a very complex structure and very important for a person. You will even think using words of that language and without those concepts it will be imposible to even place some basic thoughts in your head.

Actually, that's true: age does make a difference in being influenced by a society or culture. In fact, some of these influences can't really be avoided at all, for example, learning a language and how you speak that language. If your family speaks certain phrases, you'll eventually speak that way too. Furthermore, if your social group speaks a certain way, you'll eventually speak that way as well. This is especially true in younger people.
However, as you get older, you can sort out which things you'll accept into your language and practices. But I have to be careful here: if you have an accent, you can't simply stop speaking with it; if you speak German, you can't just drop that language. Those "influences" are deeply embedded into a person. But with something like a meme or internet term, you can easily accept or reject them into your social practices.
I do think the same way ,but could also add another variable to the experiemnt. The age could also be a factor for that.If you are a kid you have less resistance to what you want to absorb. It's interesting to imagine what would had become of us with no starting age cultural opening.
Don't know if you come across a cultural factor you disliked and then changed your mind about it . It happened to me before and it's an interesting surprise to find a meme you ended up loving .
Yeah, how the heck do you respond to being called a troll? It's little more than mudslinging, and sadly that seems to be the easiest kind of response to give. It's something that's common in almost all level of discussion, sadly. The other day I was reading an op-ed, and the author pretty much called another journalist a nobody. How's that for journalistic integrity? Who needs reasoned out argument when you can simply throw a brick?
As for memes, they're far less harmful, thankfully. When used in the right contexts, e.g. a group of friends chatting online, there's nothing really objectionable about anyone using memes. It's mostly just good fun! I have no problems with that. I'm personally not really interested in popular culture (well, okay, I still like movies). I honestly don't know most modern pop/rock bands, and I don't know much about the latest tv shows either, haha. It just happens that I'm interested in different things now, and most of it's non-meme related. I think it's entirely possible to hang around the meme pool without having to dive in headfirst and do the butterfly stroke.
If some things are used often enough, then they do gradually become a part of a culture, but I think we do have some degree of control over what we make a part of us. In terms on internet culture, I think we have even greater control in our selections.
I think we can still engage within this or that culture without necessarily having to adopt all the then dominant memes and terms.
Interesting to hear you talk about memes and Pantsu shane .I seen the meaning by seeing some music videos that I liked a lot.You seem to have that in common with me, we do dodge some uncultural facts of the world as I belive not all things do help my culture to grow.In the case where I live, you could be outside all day and instead of increasing your cutlure you will just fill you head with "uncultural" information.
I been finding so many weird terms in my daily internet life that sometimes I don't know if they are local made words. After a long time they could find a place in the dictionary for cultural or uncultural purpose , depending on the viewers point.
