Hummm I would think into writing a card or a page so you can give the link when you need to explain it.I bet there are some explanations around and you just need to remember where.That would work better than writing it again I guess.
Hummm that was very good advice ,the new version was quite a surprise.I will have to rsearch for it and also the melodramatic part kills me a lot.
Haha, yeah I've given up trying to explain my name anymore, especially when it might require an essay to do so!
Wait, did you watch the series from 2002 or the one from 2006? I watched the 2006 remake, which was a full 24 episode season. I haven't seen the original 2002 version, which was only 13 episodes.
When watching a series, I think you have to start from the beginning. If you can sit through the first couple of episodes without turning it off or getting bored, then you should be able to watch the entire series. But like I mentioned earlier, the series can get overly melodramatic, but I liked it more when it was lighthearted and humorous.
I think there was an intro to your name when you created the account, for some reason each time you would explain it there was a "gigantic succubus" literary detour into another interesting face of the "Shane's reserch" article.
Yeah I had two rounds vs Kanon and still haven't really got a grip on the serie.I'm still cliff hanging with one hand and I tend to fall off each time I let the time goes by.Now gona have to start the climbing again and there is this very big "analogical scar" that never seems to heal remembering my failure at climbing Kanon again and again.
I know I've had people wonder why I chose this name, but I never explained why I did. I don't think I'll ever say why I picked it, though. However, since I've had this name for years now, I like to use it when I join other sites. (But there are some people out there with "Pleiades Rising" who aren't me.)
I remember mentioning Kanon, and you didn't really like it. I guess that understandable, since it's not to everyone's tastes. The thing that I didn't like about it was how melodramatic it got at times (too much crying!). But I think it the rest of it was good enough to make up for what it lacked.
Haha well maybe it is time to have an account .Maybe I could go with my normal user name and confound people ,someday they will wonder about what I was thinking when I got my user name.
Hummm never saw the end of Kanon,I guess the serie was to slow for me.It's like evangelion ,if you didn't saw it in its time it will be to hard to see in the present.Guess I will have to talk about it with you old friend.
I'm kinda getting more and more into various media interests, so I thought it would be perfect for me to open up another road to further inquiry. Not sure how I'll make out, but I hope I don't get run over by the media tank!
Also, thanks for the input! I have a slightly better idea of what I'm headed into, since I'll likely watch it.
Okay, I'll probably check out the first season (I didn't know there was a second, haha), then make a decision if I want to explore the second. Thanks! On a side note, someone should start a Lisa Simpson scale where you can rate a series from 1 to 10 pancakes.

I have a Twitter account, but I don't do anything with it. I mainly just use Twitter to keep up with random celebrities. (Not Snooki.) For a while, I was using Twitter to keep up w/ news via TweetDeck, but it got overwhelming. Guess I'm not meant to be a fast-paced, high-roller social media person. ^^;;
Oh, and about Kimi ni Todoke: it's kind of overrated. I've only watched the first season, and I thought it was pretty enjoyable, but not AWESOME!! or anything. But many other anime fans seem to disagree? I dunno, the show's a bit too vanilla for me, lol.

The first season is solid, but the second goes a little too deeply into weepy melodrama territory, mainly because it's more about the relationship between Kazehaya and Sawako (which is the most boring part of the series).
