Despite that, you were far more fair than I was concerning Meganebu!. I just read the brief description that comes with new releases and decided, "ffff-, I'm not watching this", haha.
I thought the first half was so boring and unfunny that I couldn't even finish it lol. The intensity of color gave me a headache, too, which didn't help much, haha.
I try to keep these little reviews minimal with little plot info. I don't want to ruin anything for anyone, but would rather pique someone's curiosity enough with what little I do write! I can say, thought, that Coppelion initially presents itself as a post-disaster anime, with perhaps a twist of sorts.
But the important question is - why have you dropped Meganebu! It could be this season's Aku no Hana.
Even if Kill la Kill just stays crazy as hell, I don't think I'll complain too much, either. Like I said, sound, fury, and heat, when combined can be pretty darn overwhelming and exhilarating. Watching that first episode was like sitting in a trench as a nuclear explosion goes off in the distance, then gettin' out and marching toward the mayhem to give 'em even more hell, haha.
Peek-a-booo! :) I haven't been here in a while. Hope you're doing well!
Looks like you've found some good anime to watch!! Coppelion - never heard of that. Your somewhat ambiguous description of it leaves me wondering what it's about, so I'll be off to Google the bejeebers out of it! :)

I agree it's way too early to lose our collective shit over Kill la Kill, but that was quite the episode. It's extreme enough that anyone who tends toward that type of series (like me!) will fall quite hard for it.
