Dee Adeena Townsend
The main character. After previously working in a desolate forum, she was relocated to moderate a chatroom. Usually seems more angry than helpful most of the time.

An Operator and the unofficial chatroom greeter. A happy-go-lucky girl, she's very personable, but tends to become very violent if she feels someone isn't showing proper manners.
- Beware the Nice Ones: Originally came off as a friendly chat greeter, but was quickly shown to have violent tendencies toward people she considers rude.
- Catch Phrase: "That's what nice people do."
- Ensemble Darkhorse: Everyone loves Lily.

Thane
A mysterious guy who hangs around in the chatroom. An apparent Operator, he's usually seen in the form of a black cat unless he's needed for something related to moderation duties. No one really knows anything about him.

Darius
The founder and president of the web site Dee works for. Typically overly-cheerful and commonly seen as obnoxious. Despite what everyone thinks of him (or at least tells him to his face), he's a really nice guy.

Spade
An Operator that works in the chatroom. Usually lets his mouth override his brain.

A member of the web site that recently started coming to the chatroom. No one really knows much about her.

Garnet
A member of the chatroom and the leader of the Theatregoers. She has a great love of Professor Why and can sometimes be seen in the outfit of No. 11.

A member of the chatroom. She typically hangs out with Garnet, Trevor, and Quack in the Film Poster room.
Lady Quackington Cogswell IV a.k.a. Quack
A duck that hangs with the Film Poster crew. She seems to understand human speech perfectly well.
Saiyuki Sparkle-chan
An odd girl that appeared in the chatroom one day. She speaks in an extremely weird manner and is generally described as unsettling.
