Yeah, pre-registration ends in July sometime. However, you can always pay at the door. It's $10 more though, but you're definitely guaranteed to get in ^.^
I'm going on my vacation this weekend as well! ^__^ But I'm still working on trying to convince my parents to let me go to Otakon... hopefully we'll make an agreement by the end of the week. Do you still think it's possible to get tickets at this time? O.o I hope so...
