Thanks! I also forgot that I don't have a choker so I need to buy supplies to make that PLUS a red ribbon for applejack. I am also going on a make up inventory store run tomorrow....argh...more money I must spend ;_; btw the schedule is out :D

Ah, that should work. Any kind of spray paint that is designed to go on plastic should work. Think of it as Acrylic paint that comes in a spray form.
I know what you mean. Shoes are frustrating to deal with especially if you have to paint them. But there's really no real guarantee that the paint won't chip when the shoe is under stress. Hopefully the second coat of paint would do the trick.
Also, when you're spray painting, do thin layers, and allow it to dry between layers. This will save you a lot of grief later and it'll ensure that the paint goes on more evenly than not. : D Good luck painting!
Spider veins of white showing through where it chipped cracked in the bends. I asked the lady who painted them originally and she said that he used krylon plastic paint spray. Which will be a temporary fix. I don't know. I'm all flustered with them.

Best paint for plastic/pleather? I'd say go with Acrylic since that is a plastic based paint. Although where ever the shoe stresses, I can't guarantee that any kind of paint will stay on permanently. You will experience some cracking, and in the long run, chipping. What's the condition of the shoe right now?
Don't worry about wig issues. I had to make my soifon wig from scratch. I used a hetalia japan wig as my base and two extensions from cosplay.com. I had to cut/style the base wig and sew on the extensions. SOOOO HARD....I derped the bangs a little bit but it looks decent at least. I need to bug James about what kind of paint to buy for my boots...I think you were there when he asked around and everyone said just repaint it. However what's the best paint for plastic/pleather?
