Welcome to Black Prince!! This is a shrine dedicated to the wonders of the anime series Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. All who are in love with this series are welcome! Enjoy!

It's the end of the World as we Know it....

Heya peeps! here I am, back with your weekly review of CGR2!
ok, episode 19....all I can say is Lelouch has found himself is some serious dog-crap....seriously, this is episode that kills all others in terms of sheer suckyness...if you thought euphy's accidental geass massacre was bad, then you haven't seen this ep yet. here's what happens.
so turns out that Nunally is, in fact dead. yup. that's right. NUNALLY IS DEAD!!! so you can guess how lelouch reacts-yeah, he starts screaming orders for everyone to find her, cuz he can't accept the fact that she is dead....however, no one is listening to him b/c dear old Schienzel has arrived and has requested a meeting with the Black Knights.
Nina is now having a cardiac arrest b/c she didn't think that the weapon she created could cause so much damaged. Seriously honey, what do you think 'atomic bomb' means? and she's the scientist. So Lyod gives her somewhat of a pep talk....ok, more like 'you have to figure out what you're gonna do cuz you screwed up' talk. he says that she has to choose between protecting her heart and abandoning science or live for science at the cost of her heart. when asked, Lyod said that his was screwed up from the beginning, so he knows what path to take. Good news is that Miley is alive (thank god) and she had a very cute reunion with Rivalz. which was nice, I thought.
in the mean time, Rolo takes Lulu back to his room. He gets a phone call and lulu flips out on him when he sees the locket, telling him how he was gonna give it to Nunally and how he hates Rolo and he wants to kill him and in the end, Lulu kicks Rolo out. going back to the meeting, obviously Zero can't make it since he's on the verge of a mental breakdown and refuses to answer his cell. it is here that any idea of Schienzel turning out to be the nice one goes out the window-he oh so kindly informs the Black Knights they are being used and that Zero is his younger brother. He then proceeds to tell them all about Geass and whatnot, turning everyone against him. (and I was right about Oghi-Villeta turned him against Zero!)
meanwhile, kallen meets up with zero and the two head down, but then are stopped by none other than...the Black Knights!!! all aiming guns at Zero. Needless to say 'pissed' is an understatement here. so, naturally Kallen stands up for him and all; Lulu sees Schienzel in the background and realizes what has happened. so he starts to laugh like a maniac and tells everyone that they are stupid for not realizing this sooner. he then tells kallen that she was the most elite pawn he had when she asked him what she was to him. Sad, kallen says goodbye to Lelouch (by now he has taken off the mask), and Lelouch whispers that she must live on-no geass though. it appears that she hears this, but nothing happens cuz then everyone aims at lelouch...but then Rolo the abandoned one comes along and here is where many fans get extremely pissed off
here comes the infamous death of Rolo Lamperouge...he basically uses his geass way to many times in a large area in order to save Lelouch-he thinks Lelouch lied about hating him. So in the end, Lelouch and Rolo are in some forest and Rolo dies thinking that Lelouch sees him as a brother. Great. Just what the fans wanted. A somewhat decent death for a creepy-brother complex-freakishly attached dude. Just super. the episode ends with Lelouch declaring that when he goes to Hell, he's taking Big Daddy the Emperor with him....oh yeah, and there's a clip of Suzazku laughing a la Lelouch.

so yeah....that was episode 19...all I can say "damn" for Lelouch...in the time span of 2 episodes, he has lost everything he worked for: Nunally, Rolo (though he was gonna kill him eventually) and the Black Knights. I guess it's safe to say that Lelouch has seen better days....
According to the preview for next week, it seems that Suzaku's suspicions may be true- Anya appears to be Geassed. Well, here's what me and my friend came up with: Anya has no memories of a nine year old diary, right? well...what also happened nine years ago-the assasination of Lelouch's Mother! you guys get where I'm going...I think that Anya might have witnessed the death of Lady Marianne, thus resulting in the Emperor altering her memories cuz well...frankly, why would he want her to go blab? so yeah- I think that's pretty damn good for a pair of fan-girls to come up with this in the time span of 5 minutes...so yeah...oh! there's also been suspicion that Anya may be Nunnally's twin sister-I would not be surprised. I mean, she has photos of Lelouch as a prince and she has memories of Lelouch with Nunally...so it is very well possible...

well, that's your weekly review. and since I love you guys so much, here's the video of episode 19 subbed by Eclipse!
